Day 3 Highlights | March 19

Day 3 of the conference was dedicated to one of the most anticipated segments—Institutions–Counselors F2F Engagement & Training Speed Dating, a full-day session running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The venue transformed into a dynamic networking hub, featuring 120 institutions from across the UK, Australia, Malaysia, Canada, and other key study destinations. Each university hosted its own booth, creating a structured yet engaging environment for meaningful interaction. Guided by a scheduled rotation, agents moved between booths to connect directly with institutional representatives—gaining deeper insights into programs, entry requirements, student support, and unique selling points. The session not only strengthened partnerships but also equipped counselors with updated knowledge to better support prospective students.

As the day transitioned into evening, the atmosphere shifted into elegance and purpose with the “Touch of Blue” Charity Gala Dinner held at Qingdao Haitian Hotel. The evening brought together institutions and partners in support of a meaningful cause, where all donations collected were contributed to the GEA Charity Fund’s reading program—extending the impact of education beyond borders.

Adding excitement to the night, a lucky draw session featured a range of premium prizes, creating moments of anticipation and celebration among attendees.

The energy continued after the formal program with an after-party, where institutions and agents gathered in a more relaxed setting. With music, drinks, and conversations flowing, the night became a perfect opportunity to unwind, strengthen connections, and celebrate the partnerships built throughout the conference.

Day 3 beautifully captured the essence of collaboration—combining professional engagement, meaningful contribution, and memorable experiences, all in the spirit of “Cheers to the World.” 🍻
